Testimonials

Wizard Xuso tells you about his experience with me.
Seeking Carolina’s guidance has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Her support goes far beyond the professional; she creates a safe space of mutual trust, where I felt listened to and empowered at every step. Her approach combines experience with brilliant empathy and intuition. Thanks to her, not only did I achieve the goals we set, but I completely transformed my mindset and my way of facing life. She is and will continue to be a source of inspiration and an indispensable guide in those moments when you feel you need someone to share your goals with.

Carolina is a great professional who infects others with her joy and positivity. She shows a high level of empathy and is capable of creating such an atmosphere of trust and openness that it is very easy to develop a process of change with her. I would highlight her strong commitment to discovering the client's objectives, as well as the creative process she designs to achieve the associated goals. With her support and feedback, you manage to enhance/discover talents, focus your goals on what is truly important to you and define action plans to reach them.

Carolina is a person with great sensitivity, empathy and an enormous ability to tune into people's moods to get the best possible work out of the sessions towards our goals. Her work was of great help both personally and at a group level within the company, laying the first stone and pointing us in the right direction.

It's been a few years since I had the opportunity to take part in sessions with Carolina, both group and individual ones. As time has passed, I don't remember the specific objectives or the content so much, but I do remember the most valuable thing: the feelings. I especially remember her warmth, her intuition and that ability to encourage looking at things from a more positive perspective and keep moving forward. Furthermore, I was lucky enough to share other moments and projects with Carolina outside of the sessions, and that allowed me to get to know and particularly value her authenticity and consistency. For me, these are qualities that make all the difference when it comes to supporting other people.

We are delighted to give our feedback on the magnificent work you have been doing with our children over these last two years. With our older son, you have helped A. identify the areas he himself considered most interesting to develop and, starting from there, work on them to eliminate fears and gain self-confidence, with which he has reached a high degree of professional performance and personal satisfaction. Your support during his three months of active job hunting in Norway was undoubtedly decisive.

Regarding L., the coaching work you have been doing with her is as important as it is subtle. There are many aspects you work on with her (motivation, enabling her to emerge stronger from difficult experiences, critical thinking, helping her to feel creative once again, learning to manage her time and personal resources…) and all of them have helped her to grow as a person and to improve in her academic studies.

Thanks Carolina, your ability to convey energy, to drive us forward, to know how to bring out the best in everyone is priceless; your empathy and closeness towards us meant we got even more out of it, if that's even possible.

Of Carolina Isaacs I highlight her talent for creating scenarios and situations that help us evaluate our way of working and of tackling the difficulties that arise, both at a professional level and in the personal sphere. Her creativity helps to dig deep inside ourselves to bring to the surface all those things that had been forgotten in a catch-all drawer holding us back. Optimism, positivity, courage. All of these are qualities that Carolina Isaacs helps us to recover. We are all born with some talent. You just have to find it and cultivate it, and Carolina Isaacs accompanies us along the way.
