Auroras take centre stage

In this weekly workshop from January 2027 to June 2027, you will have the opportunity to discover yourself from different perspectives: your voice, your dreams, your body, your beliefs, your challenges, and connect with the creative potential both individually and collectively. We will explore from the self to the we, generating at the end of the course a showcase that will help us with individual and collective transformation, integrating our lights and shadows.

Some sessions we will explore:

• Your life, your film. 
• Rewrite your story with art and humour
• Open casting: Who are you? Who are we?
• Top tip: present yourself with humor and love.
• The map of auroras: values, wounds, learnings, fears and dreams.
• Feminist courage.
• From deadlock to action.
• Your voice, speaking without stuttering. I write, dance, sing, play, paint…
• Artistic expression: emotions, stories, futures.
• Roles and masks: which characters did you have to learn? Expectations vs authenticity.
• Laughter and tenderness that hook you: humour and love as a superpower.
• Cast and crew: connections that add value. Networks that support rather than tie you down.
• Script conflicts: integrating by dramatising what divides us.
• Conflicts on stage: what hurts in the everyday and the collective.
• From complaint to proposal, from the personal to the collective: art and action.
• CASA* Human dignity and democracy in everyday life (*CASA: Collective Action for Shared Awareness).

Tools:
Theatre, meditation and visualisation, reflection, writing, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), play, music, painting, coaching, The Leadership Circle profile, innovation techniques and creative exploration. Guest artists in specific sessions.

From January to June 2027.

Price: 70€/month. 

Group: (maximum 15 people per group. Minimum 7).
