How I work with teams and leaders
Every organisation has its own history, culture and limits. Before proposing anything, I listen: what is happening, what hurts, what has already been tried, what is dreamed of for the future, what real capacity exists. From there, I design tailored processes that usually combine diagnosis, workshops with other colleagues, individual coaching and reviews of results.
My approach integrates proven leadership, coaching and organisational development tools with a very human perspective: I am interested in what happens to the numbers, but above all what happens to the people who sustain them.
Where and how we work
I facilitate training and accompany processes with a focus on Navarra, Cantabria, Basque Country, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia.
Preferably in person.
In addition to the formation services, I offer the possibility of managing the rental of the most suitable room for the client's objectives and characteristics.
